Healthy Schools

Welcome to our Healthy Schools page

Please meet our Healthy Schools committee, who work hard to make sure our school is happy and healthy.

A healthy school promotes physical and emotional health by providing accessible and relevant information and equips pupils and staff with the understanding, skills and attitudes to make informed decisions about their health. Pupils flourish in a positive environment and are given a voice to influence whole-school decisions.

Our Healthy Tuck Shop

Our Year 6 children run our healthy tuck shop. They confidently order and prepare fruit and handle the money.

We have started our journey to gaining 'The National Quality Award' for Healthy Schools. We are working hard as a whole school across seven key health topics. Below we have added useful websites and information linked to the seven topics.
