Home School Agreement  

At Burry Port Community Primary School, we believe that children achieve their very best when school and home work together in partnership. Our Home School Agreement sets out the shared responsibilities of the school, parents and carers, and pupils in creating a positive, supportive and successful learning environment. 

The agreement reflects our core values of Family, Respect, Empathy, Trust and Communication and outlines our commitment to providing high-quality teaching, ensuring children are safe and happy, and supporting every pupil to reach their full potential. In return, we ask parents and carers to support their child's learning through regular attendance, punctuality, positive communication and encouragement at home, while pupils are encouraged to work hard, show kindness and take pride in their learning and behaviour.
